We work with a range of partners on collaborative product development for biostimulants, micro-organisms, smart fertilisers and biological crop protection products.

We also work with partners, who develop solutions for indoor farming, such as artificial lighting, screens, new substrates, and irrigation water treatment such as nanobubles.

Plant breeders use our sensors to gather real-time information on responses of different plant varieties to specific stressors so they can quickly identify resistant varieties or develop optimal growing recipes for new varieties and reduce product development timelines.

We were surprised and delighted by these results. Plant electrophysiology can effectively distinguish those plants where the PDI (plant defence inducers) has been effective. We are very interested to see how this technology can help both in our research efforts and on the farm.”
